  BEWARE! This is from my sons phone from me Tim Sullivan. Please all customers be aware this is not Telstra. These people are fraudsters. Firstly as a store purchase there is no 24 hour cooling off period. Were you told that at the start?! No! Secondly they will pretend to be giving you things for free, but at the same time try and load you up with all the most useless stuff.
  The worst part is then if you try and seek redress through Telstra, they can't do anything to influence this franchise. But see this is all part of the Telstra Plan " its not us you have to deal with Hornsby Telstra Shop". You will love this you can't even complain to Telstra, they Hornsby Telstra have to make the complaint themselves. Can you guess the outcome?
