- Neeraja Raje16.03.2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆No phone manners/courtesy! When someone phones a specialist, they are obviously in pain or flummoxed. The last thing they need is being told off rudely. I had merely asked if it was possible to see someone today, and the response I get is a brash 'ABSOLUTELY NOT!'. Then, your receptionist goes on to explain GP referrals to me. Did she know if I even had one? I haven't stepped in but wouldn't even think of it now.
